Then click on the “Join Now” Button, create your page and then send it to all your friends, family, co-workers, etc. and ask then to donate towards your fundraising efforts for the Buddy Walk through Firstgiving. Your Firstgiving fundraising totals will be credited towards your fundraising total. Let the FUN and FUNDRAISING BEGIN!
Firstgiving Note: You do NOT have to keep track of your Firstgving donations. Firstgiving does that for you and you can go your Firstgiving Donor Fundraising Report at any time. You also do NOT have to keep track of your donations for DSOSN. Firstgiving has fundraising/donor reports available for DSOSN as well so DSOSN can keep track of all Firstgiving donations by fundraiser/teams and donors.
And don’t forget to sign up your Buddy Walk Team by completing the Buddy Walk Team Captain Commitment Form. Then have your Team Members/Walkers sign up for your Team by completing the Buddy Walk Brochure Form or Buddy Walk Walker Registration Form.
In addition to Firstgiving, you can start right now collecting funds from friends, relatives and all others by accepting checks and cash. You can turn these funds in at any time to DSOSN as well as turn funds in the day of the Buddy Walk on April 5th.
Below are all the forms you need to register for the Buddy Walk. Download whatever forms apply to you and send to DSOSN to 5300 Vegas Drive, Las Vegas, NV 89108 or via fax to 702-648-2020 or email to email@example.com.
NEW FORM: DSOSN has created a New Form for Team Captains, Team Walkers and Individual Walkers when they turn in Checks or Cash to DSOSN. You can download this form below and bring in it with you when bring funds into DSOSN. Or we will have the form available for you at the DSOSN office when you bring you your funds. This form was created to keep track of all funds brought into DSOSN for the Buddy Walk that are not in Firstgiving.
ANOTHER NEW FORM -Optional: Here is an optional form to keep track of all your donatioons. Or you can create your own. This form allows you to keep track of all check, cash, DSOSN credit card and Firstgiving donations listed by donor.
