Food-Beverage/Concession Coordinator


DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate with Co-Chairs to develop a menu for the event, and coordinate all food,drinks, and refreshment needs at the event

  •  Work with Logistics Coordinator to set up location for food preparation/eating area

  • Work with Co-Chairs to purchase/secure donations for food and beverage items to serve at the event, and secure an assortment of concession items to sell at the venue

  • Invite attendants to bake and/or obtain donated baked items for the “Bake-Sale Booth”

  • Work with Volunteer Coordinator to get volunteers to help in the distribution of water toattendants, and supply water stations along the route of the Buddy Walk
